We make every effort to make your purchases as successful as possible. For this reason, we propose the following return conditions.
1. You have the right to return any product purchased in the store within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be in the same condition as on the day of sale.
2. The seller pays the cost of shipping in the case of returning the goods.
3. The buyer must deliver the complaint goods at his own expense. In the event of a positive complaint, the goods will be delivered at the expense of the seller. For returns outside the 14-day period, but within the warranty period, the consumer/buyer will return the product at his own expense. In the event that it is a defective product, which has been sent by the store under these conditions, the costs will be suported by the seller.
4. The maximum complaint time is 14 days, but it is usually much shorter.
